The Gablewick Story
The name Gablewick reflects our desire to create durable structures that can stand the test of time.
“Gable” nods to the classic triangular end wall of a building under a pitched roof, which you see on traditional buildings. “Wick” comes from an Old English word meaning house or place.
Together, they speak to well-established buildings.
Gablewick emerged in 2025 as a specialized division of Breezy Acres. Based in Auburn, NY, Breezy Acres spent years mastering the art of outdoor structures and building relationships within the community. However, as our neighbors’ needs shifted toward attainable housing and permanent garages, we realized sheds simply weren't enough. Gablewick was created to bridge that gap, bringing the trusted expertise of Breezy Acres to the world of larger-scale permanent builds such as two-story garages and small prefab homes.
We founded Gablewick on a simple belief: a garage should be permanent and practical. Too often, we saw homeowners needing to choose between affordability and quality. But compromising on one or the other shouldn’t be the norm. With our modular builds, we’re able to offer premium garages and quality-built small homes without the hefty price tag.
While Gablewick offers standard designs for our garages and small homes, we love to work with customers to customize structures that fit their specific needs
